Carter comes to the Wildcats after gaining valuable experience with other arenafootball2 teams, including the Tulsa Talons and the Macon Knights. He was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and graduated from McCluer High School. Carter started his collegiate career at Fergus Falls Community College in Minnesota, where he received a scholarship to play football and baseball. He graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, KY with a degree in Fitness and Sports Management and a Minor in Business Administration. Carter is 26 and resides in Albany.
